Dark Elf - Sword - Heavy - Spellsword - Warrior
A mortal imbued with fiendish cruelty, the Judicator is a knight most foul. This unholy warrior is the appointed Champion of Boethiah. Consort of Daedra, the Judicator is hated and feared by all.
This is an absorb based build, which means that against all but Dwemer Automatons, the attacks and spells that do damage are also giving combat healing without the need to use Restoration spells.
Ebony Sword with both Absorb Health and Stamina.
Ebony Mail unique item and Ebony Helmet, Gauntlet and Boots. Ebony Mail is acquired by completing the Boethiah’s Calling quest. Travel to the Sanctum of Boethiah, near Windhelm, and sacrifice a follower on the Altar, then kill all the cultists followed by killing the champion at Knifepoint Ridge near Falkreath.
All 4 of the absorb health spells from the Arcane AccessoriesCC can be used as they give you a continuous heal for a few seconds. These are Choking Grasp, Strangulation, Hangman’s Noose and Touch of Death. These form the short ranged attacks for the build and can be used as an opening attack as you are charging the enemy. Restoration for out of combat heals.
The Lord Stone for the 50 extra armour and 25% magic resistance. Getting this early helps with mages. Then when the Atronach perk is acquired switch to the Atronach Stone.
Shrine of Boethiah for 10% extra one-handed damage.
Location: Arcwind Point, Dimhollow Crypt (Dawnguard), Forgotten Vale (Dawnguard)
Drains Stamina, Magicka and Health with each word learned. Just follow the main Dawnguard quests to get 2 of the word walls.

Staggers enemies.
Location: Dead Men’s Respite, Volskygge, High Hrothgar (The Way of the Voice)
Use to reach otherwise inaccessible places and to quickly evade attacks or catch up with fleeing enemies.
Dark Elves are a better choice as they have skills boosts in 5 or the skills used in the build. Judicators in Dungeons and Dragons is also a prestige class that only Drow can take which are the equivalent of Dunmer in Skyrim.
Pick female as the sex for your character as there are more male humanoids than females to fight in Skyrim so the 10% damage bonus against the opposite sex from Agent of Dibella gets more use. All Dwemer Automatons count as Male.

Unbounded Storms is purely used as a means to speed the levelling of Destruction by casting and using fast travel.

Courage can be used to level illusion by casting it at an NPC. Orum’s Aquatic Escape is a cheaper version of invisibility that is an Adept level spell rather than Expert and makes you invisible for 15 seconds rather than 30.

All remaining Imp Stool you need are in Reachwater Rock near Markarth
